How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@epoolphones.com or call 317-219-0366. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send you a return label to ship your order back to us at 291 Watershed Ct., Noblesville, IN 46062.
Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or we made a shipping error, AA Communications will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds & Restocking Fees
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original method of payment.
